Took my car in for oil change and the dip stick plastic top broke off. Fortunately the mechanics managed to use some glue type product to the sick and retrieve it. They have ordered a new dip stick for me at no cost, but obviously, on reading your site this is a nissan problem and the garage that changed my oil should not be responsible for the replacement of the oil stick. My 2002 nissan sentra se-r stalled several times and the check engine light came on. I took it to the nissan dealer and they said it was the throttle control unit. They replaced the unit twice because the first one was defective. I have since taken the car back to nissan 4 times for the same problem. It is not being fixed properly.
